From Transitional Housing to Outpatient Therapy, we are here to help.

Transitional Housing Program

A short-term, supportive living arrangement designed to help individuals move from homelessness, crisis, incarceration, or unstable housing toward independent, permanent living.

Clients receive one year of housing while working on goals:

  • Education & Employment: GED programs, vocational training, and job placement.
  • Independent Living: Budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and time management.
  • Socialization: Building healthy relationships in a safe environment.

Criteria & Essentials:

  • Must have active Medicaid and willingness to participate in services.
  • Rent, utilities, hygiene supplies, and household necessities are provided.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Delivered in person within a group setting over a structured 16-week period.

Focus: Emphasizes group therapy, education on addiction, relapse prevention, and socializing in a drug-free environment.

Accountability: Weekly drug testing is used to monitor progress and support accountability.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) & Management

Treatments: We offer access to Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Naltrexone.

Medication Management: For housing residents, staff offer medication reminders, coordination with healthcare providers, and education on side effects to promote stability and prevent hospitalization.

Individual Therapy

Behavioral Health: Working with a licensed therapist to understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviors using methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Substance Abuse: Identifying root causes of substance use, building coping skills, and preventing relapse.

Justice-Involved Support

We assist clients in navigating systems like the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) and meetings with probation officers (PO). Our goal is to help you meet legal obligations while maintaining your recovery trajectory.

Groups & Community Support

These services focus on building skills for daily living, such as managing medications, securing housing, and accessing education. Support takes place in real-life settings to ensure practical, hands-on assistance.
